For my friends 19th birthday we all decided to go ice- skating in the RDS. It was lots of fun, we went on a Tuesday night and didn't realise that there was a silent disco on every Tuesday night. We were all given headphones and there was two different d.j`s in which you could tune into whatever one you prefer ed to listen to. During the one hour session the two d.j`s played the mockarena and asked everybody skating to go into the centre of the ice and do the dance movements. We were told that if we did it successfully we would get a free hour skating on the ice. We all managed to do it and were allowed to stay for the extra hour, it was loads of fun and i`d recommend going to anyone who has not been yet as its a nice way to spend the evening and isn`t too expensive.
